We do not offer refunds for completed orders once food preparation has started. However, if there is a mistake with your order, a missing item, or a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and make it right.
Refunds or replacements may be considered for:

- Missing items
- Order issues caused by our team
- Quality concerns reported promptly
We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up during the selected pickup window, unless prior arrangements have been made.
For catering orders, cancellations or changes must be requested in advance. Because catering requires planning, food preparation, and scheduling, refunds may not be available for late cancellations.
